If there's an issue caused by craftsmanship or a manufacturing defect, reach out and we'll take a look. Every piece is handmade, and while silver is built to last, things can happen.
Normal wear, scratches, dents, stone damage, and issues caused by accidents, improper care, or hard use aren't covered under warranty.
Need a repair? We're happy to help whenever possible. Repair costs vary depending on the work required, and we'll discuss everything with you before moving forward.
